like salmon and rice, pork chops, stuffed peppers, meat loaf, scrambled
eggs, baked potatoes and mixed with cream cheese. Below are a few
of our favorite recipes. We are constantly finding new and exciting
ways to use our products. We will frequently update this web site

Rice and Chicken Casserole
2 boxes Spanish rice
3 cups hot water
1 10 oz. can chicken
1 jar Fire Creek Salsa
2 or 3 cups shredded cheddar
cheese
Mix rice, contents, and hot
water in bowl. Add chicken and salsa. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into 11x13 casserole dish; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to
35 minutes. Remove from oven and add cheese on top; return to oven
and bake uncovered until cheese is melted. |

Fire Creek Chili
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can chili beans
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 jar Fire Creek Salsa
(Black Bean & Corn)
Chili Powder to taste
Brown beef and onions; drain.
Mix beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salsa, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Simmer for approximately 1 hour. Serve hot with shredded cheese,
green onions, sour cream and scoop with Fritos. |

Cream Cheese Dip
1/2 Jar of Fire Creek
Salsa and 1 8-oz. cream cheese
Mix together. |

Hot Pepper Jelly
Cream cheese and Fire
Creek Salsa Hot Pepper Jelly served on club crackers. |

Stuffed Peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1 bag Success Rice (uncooked)
1 jar Fire Creek Salsa
Mix thoroughly. Stuff
peppers with mixture and top with Fire Creek Salsa.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. (makes approximately
six to eight peppers) |
Hamburger and
Cheese Dip
1 lb. hamburger
1 jar Fire Creek Salsa
1 can Campbell's Fiesta Nacho
Cheese Soup
Fry hamburger; drain well.
Add Fire Creek Salsa and soup. Warm in microwave. |

Hot Mustard
Can be used with pretzels,
hot dogs and McNuggets or just on a sandwich. |
